The Butterfli Effect Saturday Institute is a dynamic, 6 month enrichment program designed to equip young individuals with essential life skills, academic support, and personal development opportunities. We engage in girls' mentorship each month-- Grounded in our six core elements—leadership, career and college planning, etiquette, team building, financial literacy, and feminine health—this program provides an immersive learning experience that prepares participants for long-term success. Each Saturday, students engage in interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and mentorship sessions led by professionals and community leaders. Whether refining leadership abilities, exploring future career paths, mastering financial literacy, or strengthening teamwork skills, participants receive valuable guidance that fosters confidence and resilience.
